Born in the United States, Erik Lindamood has become a recognized ‘go-to’ authority on acquiring overseas investment property. He is also highly proficient in handling international relocation and emerging market strategy, who has helped non-residents buy and sell in almost every corner of the globe.
In France he invested a decade developing expertise as a business trainer, relocation specialist and international property acquisition consultant, creating significant revenue though a variety of roles. He later moved back to the USA and worked for several years marketing new-build and resale property. During that time he become interested and involved in the ‘green’ industry with respect to ecologically sound building practices. The current economic climate offers superb opportunities to create long term profitability through innovation and environmental responsibility.
A natural networker, Erik’s private global network is one of the greatest assets of his companies. With both US and French headquarters, The SAVVY International Investor and associated businesses are positioned to provide a variety of specialized services to select clientele.
Also a gifted manager and strategist, Erik is the driving force behind many successful deals of others. Besides speaking 2 languages fluently, Erik is a perfectionist that can be counted on to oversee every aspect of complex deals with surgical precision. Erik lives in the South of France with his wife and 3 children.

David Caloin knows business.
Formerly Director of an SMB with 50 employees, his responsibilities included directing human resources, accounting and sales departments. While serving in this role, he made significant contacts with multiple trade associations and Chambers of Commerce which expanded his vision for the marketplace.
Mr Caloin later joined a major multinational company as an expert in Information Systems (HRIS). He was responsible for maintenance and scalability of the product, and was the main contact for suppliers and clients.
Combining business acumen with his love for Real Estate, David has become an exclusive real estate advisor. His availability, client-focus and market knowledge has enabled him to satisfy both buyers and sellers consistently.
He lives in Southern France with his wife Aurelie and his 5 children.
